A man is missing part of his tongue after his victim bit off the end of it.
52-year-old man from Iloilo will have a slight speech impediment in the future after the woman said he attempted to rape her.

The suspect admitted he entered the woman’s house but did not have sex with her. The woman has said she may sue the man for his sexual advances.
In the meantime the prosecutor’s office is preparing to file an attempted rape charge against the man.
