Wil Dasovich, Alodia Gosiengfiao talk about moving on after split

Wil Dasovich finally broke his silence after Alodia Gosiengfiao confirmed their breakup on Sunday.

The Fil-American vlogger is currently in the Himalayas in Nepal and shared a photo of a rocky path, a snowy mountain peak with the caption “simple, yet powerful words.”

“Keep moving forward, because there is no other option. You can rest, you can eat, sleep, pray, do what you need to do to find your strength, and then when you are ready we move again,” Wil said.

“We always move. If you stop moving, so does your life.”

Alodia, a known cosplayer and gamer, posted on Sunday: “To those asking, wala na kame. It’s been a while. We tried to work things out many times, but some things were not meant to be. I hope you respect our privacy during this time in our lives.”

In a Facebook live on Monday night, Alodia explained why she and Wil Dasovich broke up.

“The decision was because we’re not compatible, I guess,” Alodia began. “To be honest, ‘di naman perfect relationship namin. It just looks like it. Behind the scenes, it’s different, I guess.”

She admitted regretting what happened to their relationship, but she is hopeful that better days are ahead of her and Wil.

“Yung sentiment ko lang is ‘sayang.’ That’s all. Again, things happen for a reason. I trust that gut feeling na may better plan for the both of us. ‘Yon lang naiisip ko,” she said.

“‘Wag nang pilitin kung ‘di naman talaga. It’s not meant to be. I mean, we tried naman, diba? So carry along. ‘Di naman end of the world,” she added. “Life goes on.”
