A 19-year-old woman gave birth to Valentine’s baby inside a tricycle, Friday morning.

Elgie Lumiran was immediately assisted by two policemen, Master Sergeant Ching Salguet and Corporal Joanna Badua, who was also a nurse.

According to Natividad Police, Lumiran’s husband has sought the help of the police because her stomach is hurting, and she seems to be giving birth, so they responded immediately.

Lumiran’s baby boy was healthy, but the mother was still taken to the hospital to ensure her condition improved.

Parents are still wondering what to name the baby who was born on Valentine’s Day.

Valentine’s Day in jail: couple arrested for selling drugs in Payatas

A couple will celebrate Valentine’s Day in prison after they were caught selling shabu in Payatas, Quezon City.

Approximately 13 grams of shabu were seized from the couple in the Rose Street corner A few.

The man sells vegetables while the other one has no work.

The police have also raided the house where they were arrested.

According to the male suspect, they were only selling drugs, and the money was for their food.

The female suspect said, however, not all of the drugs are theirs.

The couple is now detained at the Batasan Police Station.

24-year-old “habal-habal” driver alias Jakiri was arrested in a buy-bust operation at a fast-food restaurant Friday morning in Barangay Comembo, Makati.

According to Police Col. Rogelio Simon, the Eastern Police District (EPD) launched the operation together with Makati police.

A drug suspect arrested by EPD in Pasig identified alias Jakiri as his shabu supplier.

The police seized 25 grams of suspected shabu worth P170,000 from Jakiri.

The suspect is facing drug selling and possession charges under the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
