Typhoon “Tisoy” maintains its strength while moving westward. At 7:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon “TISOY” was located based on all available data at 275 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.1 °N, 126.7 °E ).

“Tisoy” is moving west at 20 kph with maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph.
