A Czech man and three Koreans have been arrested in separate operations in Cebu City this week.
The Czech man was arrested on a warrant involving fraud. So far his name or any further information on this arrest are not known.
The three Koreans were allegedly involved in a Mafia type extortion ring in Cebu.
The three were arrested in separate operations but were said to be involved in the same extortion ring.
One of the three men was wanted on a fugitive warrant from Korea after he was charged with double murder and took flight to the Philippines 15 years ago.
The Korean, who remains unnamed, is said to have used a fake passport when he arrived in the country in 2001. All four suspects are being deported by the Bureau of Immigration back to their respective countries.
