A Czech tourist was arrested along with his new “friend” after the two were caught performing a lewd act in public at Mango Square in Cebu City.
Peter Slavik, aged 24, was arrested along with Samuel “Sam Pinto” Sauro, 26, on the 3rd floor of a Mango Square parking area at 4.20am.
Slavik was caught by two security officers receiving oral sex from a transgender Sauro.
Slavic arrived in Cebu City the night before. Both planned on swimming with the whale sharks of Oslob but instead ended up in a prison cell for their lewd public act.
Sauro admitted giving oral sex, but Slavik denied receiving it, saying – somewhat ungallantly – “she wasn’t even beautiful.”
Slavik also denied being drunk at the time, but a later alcohol test came up positive.
Police will file a complaint of ‘grave scandal’ a violation of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines.
Slavik will also face additional charges for violating Cebu City Ordinance #1929 for being drunk in public.
It was later learned that Slavik was only in Cebu for two days. He is set to leave the country on Wednesday for China, where he was to attend an international business class.
Police say they will prepare documents about Slavik to be submitted to the Regional Intelligence Division #7 as well as the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Manila.
