A new website has gone live and will no doubt be jammed full of people who have been scammed by corrupt taxi drivers in the Philippines.
Taxikick is the new way to report erring taxi drivers, the site will not only assist you in filing a complaint it will then forward your report to the LTFRB.
The site says that the LTFRB will then take action on each complaint – even contacting you for more information on your filing.
So the next time a taxi driver tried to dupe you, or add on an addition charge for ‘traffic’ or ‘long haul’ or some other type of made up story, just get your complaint heard on Taxikick.
The site also notes that you can follow up on any report you file by sending a request to emailcomplaint.ltfrb.govt@gmail.com or text/call the LTFRB direct at 459-2129 or 0921-448-7777.
Every city has its corrupt taxi drivers, so get out there and start complaining and stop expecting someone else to cure your woes.
