Taxi driver caught for allegedly molesting passenger in Marikina.
Authorities arrested a taxi driver who allegedly harassed and molested a female student passenger in Brgy. Barangka, Marikina City, yesterday morning.
The victim was a 23-year old college student under the name Alice who filed acts of lasciviousness case against the suspect Pabiano Makiling, a 48-year old taxi driver.
According to Alice’s complaint filed in Marikina City Police, it was around 7:30 in the morning when the incident happened inside the suspect’s taxi while they were traveling in front of Riverbanks Mall in Brgy. Barangka.
The victim rode the taxi to go to her school. However, the taxi driver suddenly started to ask her rude and sexually explicit questions while they were passing through JP Rizal road.
Alice said that the suspect also told her obscene stories and touched her in her private parts. The suspect also tried to undress her.
