A Taiwanese man murdered his wife and three children before killing himself in San Juan City.
The children were aged from 18 months to 12. The names of any of the family have been withheld by police.
The 50-year-old father left a suicide note which gave specific instructions for the family to have their remains cremated.
A maid first discovered the note next to the kitchen sink. The bodies were then discovered inside the master bedroom.
Investigations continue.
