Taiwanese man arrested for guns and drugs in Angeles City

A 39-year-old foreign national was arrested on Friday for illegal possession of guns, ammunition and  drugs in Angeles City.

Police said Danny Yang, a Taiwanese man, was arrested at 8am after two search warrants were issued against him by an Olongapo City judge.

Confiscated were one 9mm Glock, one 9mm P99 Walther, 66 pieces of ammunition, three magazines and 10 grams of shabu.

Also in question were the two women inside the home at the time of the warrant execution, as police believe one is a minor.

Yang will be charged with violation of RA 10591 and also RA 9165 – a subsequent charge of RA 7610 was issued against him as well.
