Through the help of Esquejos family, she was able to pursue a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) major in Biological Science at Romblon State University where she graduated Cum Laude.

After graduation, she focused on reviewing for her board exam where she snatched second place with a score of 90%. Iara got prize money as LET top notcher but instead of buying things for herself, she donated the money to her church.

She then got a job with Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC) and earned enough money to build their new house.

Iara and her family celebrated her 25th birthday at their family’s new home. Many were inspired by their success stories.

Seeing this home in front of me reminded me of all the hardships I’ve been through. Nothing feels more fulfilling than the thought that while I am helping others to achieve their dreams, I am also achieving my personal dreams.” said Iara on her viral Facebook post.
