Miss Spain Chaiyenne Huisman was crowned Miss Asia Pacific International 2019 on Wednesday during the pageant’s coronation night at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila.
Sharifa Akeel of the Philippines crowned Chaiyenne.

The Philippines’ representative, Klyza Castro, made it to the top 25. Klyza was awarded the Continental Queen of Asia title during the preliminary competition held last October 4.

- 1st runner-up: Eoanna Constanza, Dominican Republic
- 2nd runner-up: Jessica Cianchino, Canada
- 3rd runner-up: Carolina Schuler, Brazil
- 4th runner-up: Fiorella Cortez Arbenz, Costa Rica
Model Joey Mead King, Sam YG, and Bobby Tonelli hosted the said pageant.
