SOLAR Sports has paid the staggering sum of $10 million dollars for the Philippines television rights to the ‘Fight of the Century’ between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
The fight will be shown by Solar at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 2, 2015 (in Manila the day will be May 3).

To-date the “Fight of the Century” has taken in over $400 million dollars and counting.
Manny Pacquiao insisted on a mutli-network telecast – Solar Sports owns the rights and decided to adhere to what the boxer wanted.
