During the investigation, it appears that 2 pedicab drivers, cousins , and residents of the barangay, threw the sack.

It is said that someone saw them when they were thrown in the garbage dump past 7 pm on July 11, 2021.

According to police, the cousin took the skull from the hole in the grave in a Catholic Cemetery in Barangay Tagas to intimidate the drinkers, both pedicab drivers.
