Vlogger sisters Mari and Toni Fowler never thought that their followers would crowd their meet-and-greet at their frozen products business.
It was only in April that they allegedly opened their business, Fowler Sisters Online Palengke, which is also located at Montreal St., Barangay E. Rodriguez in Cubao, Quezon City.
According to Toni Fowler, in their meet-and-greet invitation, only 50 followers registered, and they did not expect the other fans to flock. Their seats on the 2nd floor of the building up to the street were filled.
According to attendees, they just saw the vloggers’ meet-and-greet invitation on the Fowlers’ Facebook account, and they provided frozen products and even had a chance to take a picture with them.
But Toni Fowler said the attendees bought P500 worth of frozen products and took pictures of them.
And because the number of people outside the building increased, a netizen reported to the barangay, so the QC Task Force Discipline came.

Councilor Noriel Verano said that when they arrived at the venue before 4 pm, the 2nd floor inside and outside the online market was already full of people, so Mari and Toni Fowler were told to stop the event, and they would have to take responsibility for the violation on minimum health protocols, on mass gathering and non -compliance with social distancing.
On the other hand, the Fowler sisters admitted that they had shortcomings because they did not contact the barangay, so they and the attendees were booked.
They also apologized, and they will shoulder the penalty of all those who attended, which reached 34 people.
Others who attended left before the task force arrived.
If someone tested positive for COVID-19 among those who attended and traced that they contracted the disease, the Fowler sisters are responsible for it.
Last month, a senior citizen in Quezon City passed away today after fainting in a community pantry organized by Angel Locsin.
The actress took full responsibility for the incident and apologized for the mass gathering.
