The center of Severe Tropical Storm Jolina was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of San Nicolas, Batangas (14.0°N, 121.0°E).

It has a maximum sustained winds of 95 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 160 km/h, and central pressure of 998 hPa.
