Actress Rhian Ramos admitted her recent weight loss was due to stress and heartbreak after ending her relationship with her Israeli boyfriend Amit Borsok.
In her latest vlog, Ramos did not elaborate on the details of the breakup but said, “It was so hard, I really had a hard time.”
“I was, like, brokenhearted and, like, shattered,” the 29-year-old actress added.
Ramos admitted, the breakup, among other things, led to recent weight loss.
“I was in so much pain and under so much stress and I wasn’t getting out of my bed. I wasn’t sleeping right. I couldn’t eat. Nothing tasted like anything. I was under so much stress that my body basically started eating itself…everyone thinks that I did this to myself on purpose but I didn’t. I was just having a really hard time,” she related.
Dr. Vicki Belo said Ramos, the “Love of My Life” star lost almost 15 pounds because the actress was “heartbroken.” Ramos herself was “shocked” how much weight she lost after breaking up with her Israeli boyfriend.
Ramos also said it was the first time she was able to discuss her feelings after a breakup. She added that in past, she would go out with friends and find a distraction.

Rhian Ramos ends relationship with Israeli boyfriend
The actress assured her fans that she would take care of herself better. She said she would eat three meals a day, attend Bible studies classes, and get at least 5 hours of sleep.
“I’m gonna be OK in my own time,” Rhian Ramos said.
Rhian Ramos and her boyfriend made public their relationship only last year.
Ramos first starred in the television series Captain Barbell and Stairway to Heaven. She then started working in commercials, including an appearance in a McDonald’s McJelly Duo advert.
In 2007, Ramos had her film debut in The Promise in which she won her first Golden Screen Award for Breakthrough Performance by an Actress.
In 2015, Ramos played the lead role in the television series “The Rich Man’s Daughter” as Jade Tanchingco, alongside Glaiza de Castro, who played Ramos’ love interest.
