Joining the inspection were representatives from the Naval Intelligence Security Group Central and Law Enforcement Team Cebu.

The operation was due to a tip-off from an informant who said that more than 50 boxes of undocumented products were unloaded from MV Span Asia at Pier Five, Berth 10 in Cebu Port.

The team went to the port and learned that no declaration of cargo was submitted and promptly seized the content.
