They found out what the pastor was doing to his daughter when a relative noticed that the victim was always staring blank.

“Nagso-sorry daw po sa kaniya tapos hindi na lang daw niya uulitin. Sabi ko sa bata, ‘Pero inuulit-ulit niya?,” the relative said.

(She said he apologized to her, and then he just said he wouldn’t do it again. I said to the child, “But is he repeating?”)

“Nagseselos po yung tatay niya kapag lumalabas [siya]tinatanong daw po agad kung mayroon daw pong boyfriend,” patuloy into.

(His father allegedly gets jealous whenever she goes out. He also asks if she has a boyfriend.)

The pastor admitted he raped his daughter.

“Siguro po dahil ang aking asawa’y malayo,” he said. “Anak patawin mo ako, patawin mo ang papa.”

(Maybe it’s because my wife is far away. Please forgive your papa.)

The pastor has already been detained by the police, and the corresponding complaint will be filed.
