Noynoy Aquino’s love life was also watched by public back then

As a young man, the public also followed the love life of former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III. As a result, several well-known personalities have been associated with him even in the media field.

In a 2011 report, Noynoy Aquino likened his love life to a soft drink that went from “regular” to “light” and eventually to “zero.”

“May nagtanong ho kasi sa akin, sabi niya, ‘kamusta love life mo?’ Eh ang sabi ko po sa kaniya, parang Coca Cola,” he said. “Noong araw, ‘regular.’ Naging ‘light.’ Ngayon, ‘zero.'”

Those close to the former president know his passion for soft drinks.

Some of those who have been involved with Noynoy Aquino are broadcast journalists Korina Sanchez and Bernadette Sembrano. So is former Valenzuela councilor Shalani Soledad.

In a text message from Aquino in 2012, he said that even though his love life is “zero,” the people he called “my boss” are still the ones who inspire him.
