NBI shows CCTV footage of Meyah Amatorio’s alleged abduction

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) now holds the CCTV footage of Meyah Amatorio’s alleged abduction. Amatorio is the girlfriend of killed lady driver Jang Lucero in Laguna.

In a report by John Consulta on GMA News “24 Oras” on Wednesday, a witness said that two men went to Amatorio’s compound in Bay, Laguna, and presented that they are carrying a court order for Adrian, Amatorio’s nephew.

It is said that Amatorio peeked in, and later three more men came and took both Adrian and Amatorio.

Witnesses said the people in the compound were not able to do nothing to stop and question the armed men because the gun was aimed at them.

Some relatives also sustained injuries and bruises when the suspects allegedly pushed them.

The suspects used three vehicles to escape from the compound.

“Di na namin nasundan kasi lahat tinututukan nila [we were not able to follow them because they are pointing the gun to us],” a witness said.

Amatorio is the girlfriend of female driver Jang Lucero, whose body was found dead inside her car in Calamba last month with 52 stab wounds.

Some of Lucero’s relatives asked the National Bureau of Investigation to also investigate Amatorio in the victim’s death.

In a previous interview, Amatorio insisted that she had nothing to do with what happened to Lucero.

Even Amatorio’s mother, Dolores, appealed and said that her daughter was innocent.

“Kung kukunin nyo at sasaktan nyo ang anak ko lalo lang kayong nagkamali dahil wala sa kamay n’yo ang hustisya,” said Dolores.

(If you take and hurt my daughter, you will only make more mistakes because justice is not in your hands.)

“Parang awa n’yo na po wala pong kasalanan kahit sino sa amin. Bakit ganito, tulungan nyo po kami.” she added.

(I beg you please, we are all innocent. Why is this happening, help us.)

Amatorio’s ex-girlfriend Annshiela Belarmino also became a suspect to the crime, but the prosecutor released her due to a lack of evidence.

In an earlier report, police said they would investigate the Meyah Amatorio’s alleged abduction and find out if it was related to the murder of Lucero.
