A nanny allegedly kidnaps a 5-month-old baby girl in Barangay Bambang, Taguig City, on Wednesday.
Taylor Hayley Victoriano’s parents said the nanny was identified Kristine Joy Salik, 34, based on the identification card presented to them. Salik and BabyTaylor were last seen on Wednesday morning at their home in Barangay Bambang.
A closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera captured the Salik carrying a 5-month-old baby Taylor out of the house.
The child’s mother, Princess Jean Perrin, said that she and her partner were sleeping when the incident occurred. They just woke up, and the baby and nanny were gone.
Baby Taylor was supposed to be in bed with her parents, but the nanny insisted that she would take care of the baby first so that the couple could rest.

Baby Taylor’s parents said they just met the nanny in Facebook groups referring helpers. They also said the nanny has been living with them for less than a week.
According to Police Maj. Matron Calyaen of Taguig City police, the nanny, possibly used a fake name and identification card.
No one knew the suspect when police arrived at Rizal’s address in her Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) ID and her barangay clearance.
Police Col. Alexander Santos, chief of the Taguig City police, reminded the public to be very cautious in choosing helpers and made sure they can be trusted, even those who referred them.
As of last night, Baby Taylor’s mother said someone saw the suspect and Baby Taylor in Montalban, Rizal.
