Hundreds of Muslims commemorate Eid al-Adha in Marawi

Hundreds of Muslims in Lanao del Sur rushed early to the capitol grounds of Marawi this Tuesday morning to celebrate Eid al-Adha or Feast of Sacrifice.

Eid al-Adha will be celebrated for three days, where activities include the slaughter of animals.

In the town of Masiu, Lanao del Sur, some Muslims called for the extension of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority in conjunction with the Eid al-Adha celebration.
