A mother was killed while her son was wounded after their neighbour stabbed them over the noise from a videoke session at their home in Dasmariñas City, Cavite on Wednesday.
Killed was Neria Recilla – she succombed to her wounds at St. Paul Hosptal according to local police.

Her 27-year-old son, Elpidio Junior was rushed to the UMC Hospital for treatment of a deep stab wound to his leg.
Arrested for the attack was Diogenes Salaudin after he stabbed the two singing at 5pm with other visitors in this house at the time.
The suspect reportedly pulled out a knife and stabbed Neria and Elpidio.

Police say the two families have an ongoing family feud. Police did not comment on the underlying cause of the feud.
