‘Most wanted’ Abu Sayyaf terrorist leader captured in Basilan

Armed forces captured a top level Abu Sayyaf terrorist in an entrapment operation in Tipo-Tipo, Basilan on Sunday.

Police say that Jadji Biki Adbdala, also known as “Jadji Hassan,” was arrested in his hiding place in the town of Tipo-Tipo.

Adbdala is wanted on nine counts of murder.

The suspect was caught by combined operatives of the Zamboanga City-based Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, along with the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
