The two men wounded were 31-year-old Julian Millard of France and 32-year-old Cheten Saparaiya of India. Both live in Talisay City.

Initial reports suggested that Millard and Saparaiya had an argument with two unidentified men inside the McDonald’s. A few minutes later the two men pulled out their guns and shot both foreigners. Millard was hit in the left arm while Saparaiya was hit in the back of the head.

The gunman also shot Haffner. It is unclear if he was with Millard or Saparaiya or merely a bystander.
