Manny Pacquiao says he was being distracted to lose fight vs. Errol Spence Jr.

Senator Manny Pacquiao said that political opponents are deliberately harassing him to divert his attention from preparing for the fight against Errol Spence Jr. to beat and embarrass him.

“I’m sure that’s [what] they want to do. Trying to distract me. Distract my focus for the fight para ma-distract ako, matalo ako,” said the senator currently training in America.

He also said that his opponents hope that he will lose to Spence to make him look like a fool.

In the face of his training in America in preparation for his fight, the noise about the clash in the PDP-Laban party of which he is acting president Pacquiao continues.

The PDP-Laban faction, led by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi, vice chairman of the party, who was earlier ousted by Pacquiao, has a meeting scheduled for Saturday, July 17.

Manny Pacquiao says he was being distracted to lose fight vs. Errol Spence Jr.

President Rodrigo Duterte, who recently called Pacquiao “punch-drunk” or concussed due to punches in the fight, is expected to attend the gathering.

In an interview on dzBB radio, Pacquiao said he is ready to fight memorization to prove that he is sane.

Paano nila paglaruan?” he added.

Pacquiao added that now is the right time to hear the true voices of the poor.

Duterte mentioned last week that Manny Pacquiao was “punch-drunk” after the senator accused him of government corruption, such as not providing P10 billion in Social Amelioration Program funds or pandemic aid.

Pacquiao said he would release video and audio recordings of alleged corruption when he returns to the Philippines in August after his fight with Spence.
