The victim’s wife Anna asked Manila Mayor Francisco ‘Isko’ Moreno Domagoso to help them since her husband was a Manila City Hall employee for 20 years.

Anna also said PNR should be held responsible for what happened to her husband. She believed the train operator had shortcomings since he did not even blow the train’s horn to warn the victim.
