Latest Pagasa weather forecast: Typhoon “Tisoy” maintains its strength and is now just off the coast of the Bondoc Peninsula, December 3, 2019.

According to Pagasa’s severe weather bulletin issued at 8:00 today, the eyewall of “TISOY” is currently bringing violent winds and heavy to intense rainfall over Southern Quezon, Marinduque, and Romblon. This eyewall is forecast to affect Cavite, Batangas, and the northern portion of Mindoro Provinces within 3 hours. The eye is expected to make landfall or pass close to the Marinduque-Simara Island-Banton Island area before noon.

At 7:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon “Tisoy” was located based on all available data, including Daet and Iloilo Doppler Radars in the coastal waters of San Francisco, Quezon (13.1 °N, 122.6 °E ).

“Tisoy” is moving West at 20 kph with maximum sustained winds of 155 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 235 kph.
