Korean national falls to death from condo building’s 18th floor

A Korean national man is alleged to have fallen from the 18th floor of a condo on Taft Avenue, Manila, just before 2 am on Tuesday.

According to the Manila Police District Homicide Division, the man was in his 40s wearing a gray shirt and black shorts.

The Korean national had just moved into his condo unit, and his identity is still being investigated.

The man fell at De La Salle University compound.

Police are now investigating whether it was an accident, a suicide case, or a foul play.

CCTV footage is being investigated if the victim enters the condo.

3 dead, 3 injured in North Cotabato family massacre

Three relatives have been killed while three others have been seriously injured in North Cotabato family massacre, Saturday night.

The victims were identified as Ernesta Gatella, 70, married, farmer; Lorena Gatella, 43,  and Joe Gatella, 70, married and farmer; all residents of the said area.

Ernesta and Lorena were both dead-on-the-spot while Joe died in the hospital while being treated for bullet wounds in different parts of his body.

Three of the deceased relatives were wounded in the attack known as Emmelita Getalla, Jose Getalla, and Daryl Getalla, who continue to heal at the hospital.

According to the report, the victims were eating dinner at around 7:00 pm in their home at Purok Sampaguita, Poblacion, Matalam, North Cotabato, when unknown suspects entered and allegedly fired at them using a 5.56mm caliber.

At the scene of the crime, 11 fired cartridges cases of 5.56mm caliber were recovered.
