CEBU, Philippines – A drink driving Korean has been arrested for killing a local motorcycle driver in Lapu-Lapu City.
54-year-old Rolando Flores was declared dead on arrival at Mactan Doctor’s Hospital, while his rider sustained injuries to his right foot.

The suspect, 29-year-old Min Su Kim was overtaking the motorcycle at 4am when he struck the motorcycle.
Kim was taken to a local hospital and tested positive to over-consumption of alcohol.
The Korean is being detained at Lapu-Lapu City Police Office holding cell and will face charges of homicide, damage to property and driving under the influence.
