Kapamilya actor JC Santos revealed Thursday that he is now married and will come his first baby next month with high school crush Shyleena Herrera.
JC made the announcement during the press conference for his newest movie “On Vodka, Beers, and Regrets” with Bela Padilla.
He said he got married last September 2019.
JC admitted that 2019 is the “best year” for him because it was when all his dreams were fulfilled.
“Sobrang thankful ako kay Lord na lahat ng dasal ko, lahat ng pangarap ko, natupad last year… Bukod doon sa career ko, ‘yung crush ko noong high school na nabasted ako 15 years ago, nagkita kami ulit at hindi ko na siya pinakawalan,” Santos said.
“Siyempre nag-hang out kami for a few months,” he added. “Sinabi ko na agad sa parents niya na, ‘I want to marry your daughter.’ Sinabi ko na agad sa kapatid niya. Nalaman na nila and nag-propose ako, and we got married. And now we have a new beautiful blessing.”
JC Santos went on to share that he and his wife will welcome their first child, a baby girl next month.
JC clarified he did not keep his wedding and his baby a secret. He said it was just no one is really asking about it.
“Hindi namin siya nilihim. Wala lang nagtatanong. Ako naman ang social media ko is about work lang,” he said.
