A 75-year-old grandmother was arrested in CarCar City yesterday after being caught with 236,000 pesos worth of shabu.

Beatrice Fernandez Secretaria was arrested with her daughter, son-in-law and two others in the Cebu Island town.

This is not the first arrest for the elusive granny, she was also detained in October 2014 for dealing in drugs, saying she needed the money to buy medicine for her high blood pressure, diabetes and arthritis.
