Grab Taxi is now allowed to pick up passengers at NAIA airport.
An agreement was signed on March 10, giving the green light for the taxi app Grab to operate at the airport.

Manila International Airport Authority spokesperson Davao De Castro, sent a text to several media outlets disclosing the fact “The memorandum of agreement with Grab for its services at the airport would be signed on Thursday, March 10. The target start of Grab operations is on March 14.”
In a followup email to numerous media outlets, Grab noted “it would be the only vehicle booking app allowed to operate inside NAIA.”
