A gruesome crime erupted in 2021 in Makati City after a 23-year-old flight attendant was found dead inside a hotel room. Police said the suspects were estimated to be nine to 10 people.

GMA News TV “QRT” reported on Monday that it was noon on Friday, January 1, 2021, when the body of the victim Christine Dacera was found.

According to the investigation by the authorities, it is possible that the victim was allegedly given drugs and raped.

There were also wounds found on the victim’s body.

It was also found out that the victim did not know that they were in a hotel with an estimated nine to 10 suspects.

Two rooms were allegedly rented at the hotel where the suspects were having a party.

In a separate report by Emil Sumangil on GMA News “24 Oras” on Monday, it was said that Christine Dacera was found in the bathtub.

There were around 11 suspects and one of them is considered a “primary” suspect.

The flight attendant victim was taken to hospital but was declared dead on arrival. Initial reports said Dacera died of a ruptured aortic aneurysm.

But Makati police are skeptical that a foul play happened.

Christine Dacera was able to call her mother a few hours before she was found dead at the hotel.

“Meron siyang mga pasa, meron siyang mga contusions sa both knees and then meron siyang abrasions… pero isa lang ‘yun na mahaba. Meron definitely sexual contact,” said Makati police chief Police Colonel Harold Depositar.

Alleged bottles of wine were found at the hotel because the group held a party there.

Authorities are also investigating the information they obtained that a drug was mixed with the flight attendant’s drink.

Christine Dacera also told her friend, ‘Parang may nilagay si name doon sa drinks ko kasi nag-iba ‘yung pakiramdam ko (It looks like name put something on my drinks because I feel different).”
