A Filipino-owned grocery chain in the US will open its first Canadian store in Toronto early next year.
The Seafood City Supermarket chain has 22 outlets in the US alone – most positioned along the west coast and Hawaii.
Seafood City carries goods and fresh ingredients for Filipino and other Asian cuisines.
The new company store will open at the Heartland Town Center in Mississauga, Ontario – completion and opening should happen in the first part of 2017.
The new store will include a Grill City, a Filipino barbecue, a Crispy Town and much more.
