A 12-year-old Fil-Am girl has accused her mother of pimping her to a black American in Malate, Manila.

The girl said she left her mother because the mother was pimping her to a foreigner. However, under questioning, her story fell apart.

Her mother, 35-year-old Ethel Santos, a stall vendor in Malate, was arrested but later released after the story unravelled.
