A Quezon City elementary teacher has been arrested for raping a 10-year-old student in front of two other pupils from the same school.
The boy’s mother has filed a complaint with Quezon City Police District against 30-year-old Lester de Guzman for performing oral sex on the young boy as he undressed him, kissed him and had his way with the child while two other students were watching. The act was reported as happening in the teacher’s home in Quezon City.
The mother alleges the act happened at 7pm on March 22, 2014. An investigation into the incident was conducted and showed that the victim was invited into the teacher’s home at that time.
Two of De Guzman’s pupils are now saying they witnessed the act.
De Guzman will be formally charged with Republic Act #7610 (Child Abuse).
