A Sudanese foreign student was arrested on Thursday after he forcibly entered the house of a former city councillor Alex de Venecia’s home in Pogo Grande, Pangasinan.
A CCTV video showed the suspect running crazy after the councillor’s housemaid refused to let him inside.
Police say the Sudanese student refused to calm down as he was highly intoxicated – the suspect argued that he needed to get documents inside the home of De Venecia’s.
Neighbours said it was not the first time the suspect run amok in the area. Hde will be charged with malicious mischief and trespassing.
