Contrary to what some of Christine Dacera’s friends announced that they did not see any “drugs” at their yearend party at a hotel in Makati, it appears from the testimony of one of the attendees that Mark Anthony Rosales brought and used “powder drugs,” according to a GMA News report “24 Hours.”
In a report by GMA News reporter Emil Sumangil, the source said that it was stated in the sworn statement of JP Dela Serna that a “Mark Anthony Rosales” brought “powder drugs.”
“…bandang 1:00 am ng January 1, 2021 ay may ipinakita si Mark Anthony Rosales habang kami ay nag-iinuman na may dinukot siya sa kaniyang medyas at ipinakita sa amin ang isang powder drugs na nakabalot sa plastic,” said in the statement.
(… around 1:00 am on January 1, 2021, Mark Anthony Rosales showed us something while we were drinking that he had taken something from his socks and showed us a powder drug wrapped in plastic.)
“Inaya po niya akong gumamit nito ngunit hindi ako pumayag. At pagkaraan ay nakita kong lango na sina Louie [de Lima] at Mark dahil sa ginamit nila na powder drugs na dala ni Mark,” said Dela Serna.
(He invited me to use it but I did not agree. And then I saw Louie [de Lima] and Mark getting drunk because they used powder drugs that Mark has brought.)

At a recent press conference with some of Dacera’s friends at the hotel, Rommel Galido said that Christine told her that “Mark” seemed to have mixed something in her drink.
“Tumabi siya sa’kin, then sabi niya, ‘Sis, parang I feel something, parang naiiba ‘yung pakiramdam ko.’ I think merong naglagay sa drink niya, sabi niya sa’kin. Then sabi ko, ‘Who?’ and then sabi niya, ‘I think Mark,’” said Galido.
(She laid beside me, then she said, ‘Sis, I feel like something, I feel different.’ I think someone put something on her drink. Then I said, ‘Who?’ And then she said, ‘I think Mark.’)
When asked who is the Mark that Dacera was referring to, Galido said: Mark Anthony Rosales.
