Customers complain about Marvin Agustin’s cochinillo

On December 24, Christmas Eve, many of Marvin Agustin’s customers have complained about the quality of the cochinillo they received from the actor.

And when it finally arrived super kunat nu’ng 24th na cochi! Nakakahiya sa in-laws ko because that is our share and I’m super proud of it pa naman! Tapos nung 25th as usual late din and it was burnt cochi! Nasira daw oven nila and no replacement whatsoever daw! TikTok also spreads that the rating of some customers on Marvin Agustin’s cochinillo is 1.6 stars, something very low (5 stars is the highest).

Marvin admitted their shortcomings so he immediately issued an official statement about it.

“Napakahalaga ng Pasko sa atin, lalo na sa dami nang pinagdaanan natin ngayong nakaraang taon kung kaya’t napakasakit para sa akin na madami kaming mga taong naperwisyo kahapon (December 24) at ngayong araw na ‘to.”

“I am very sorry to each one of you. Maling-mali na nagpa-overwhelm kami sa mga di inaasahang problema, nagkulang kami sa aming serbisyo, at hindi namin aga-dagad na natugunan ang inyong katanungan. At masakit man ‘yung mga nababasa ko, tinatanggap ko lahat kasi talagang nagkamali ako.”

Marvin is even asking for a chance to make up for customers who are frustrated with his business. It is said that there are as many unfortunate incidents that have occurred that have affected the production of their orders, especially during peak days on Christmas Eve and the day itself.
