A Colombian was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Sunday night.
Angel Andrers Rodriguez Quiame was arrested after Interpol flagged his name as being a drug courier who was headed to the Philippines.
Quiame was arrested by Bureau of Immigration (BI) officers and found to be carrying 52 pellets of cocaine.
He arrived at NAIA on Philippine Airlines from Dubai about 10pm yesterday.
After confirming that the Colombian was on the flight, BI informed the Bureau of Customs to arrest him once he arrived and checked into the country.
