A student from Central Luzon State University (CLSU) designed the national costume of Miss Cameroon for the 69th Miss Universe pageant.
“We are happy to announce that our 3rd year student of BSFTT-FD has given a big role as national costume designer to one of the candidates of MISS UNIVERSE 2021,” CLSU said in a Facebook post.
“At the age of 20, he has proven himself as an outstanding student and fashion designer. He has given extra effort in his studies whilst grabbing sidelines in making costumes, gowns, and participating contests. Truly a CLSU PRIDE!” it added.
Gasper also posted a screenshot of Kossinda’s Instagram Story showing Miss Cameroon and several of his designs for the Miss Universe candidate.
The 69th Miss Universe pageant will be held on May 16 at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
The Philippines would be represented by Rabiya Mateo from Iloilo.
Mental health services offered to those suffering from anxiety amid pandemic
The NCMH offers mental health services where they themselves call patients, whether they are health workers, COVID-19 patients, and overseas Filipino workers even affected by the pandemic.
This is to give them psychological first aid to fight the sadness, stress, and anxiety they are experiencing.
“Number 1, active listening. Pag may kinausap kami, nakikinig ka, ‘yan ang basic skill na kailangan mo. Di ka dapat mas madaldal kaysa kliyente. Sa pakikipag-usap mo, malalaman mo ‘yung needs niya. You’re there to listen and mabigyan sya ng encouragement at enlightenment to seek further help kung kailangan,” said Aragmosa.
