A Chinese tourist drowned in while snorkelling in Panglao Island, on Monday.
The male Chinese was identified as Guang Long, 30. The resort’s staff and bystanders saw Long floating in the sea.

The victim was rushed to Borja Family Hospital in Tagbilaran but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Authorities continue to investigate the drowning incident.
Panglao Island is a famous tourist destination for its white-sand beaches and world-class diving sites. It is an island in the north Bohol Sea, located in the Central Visayas.
