A Chinese man who attempted to use a fake Philippines passport to exit the country, was intercepted by Bureau of Immigration agents.
Wu Wenbing was arrested after presenting a Philippines passport to a BI agent upon his departure.

The agent spoke to Wu in Filipino, but he could not respond. The agent used basic training knowledge to trigger Wu into admitting that the passport was fake.
Wu was charged under 45(e) of the Philippine Immigration Act for fraudulently misrepresenting himself as a Filipino national.
Wu requested voluntary deportation under the offence and was immediately deported back to his original destination.
