The mayor ordered stricter quarantine measures to be imposed, such as Authorized Persons Outside of Residents (APOR), wherein residents need to secure an updated quarantine pass and keep a personal log sheet.

They are required to write their activities and the persons they have interacted within the record book for easier and faster contact tracing, the mayor said.

Kawit, Cavite, recorded its first confirmed COVID-19 case on April 9.

According to Kelley Blue Book’s Mark Brueggemann, a senior market analyst, a “1969 Dodge Charger models are selling for more than Ferraris.”

The Dodge Charger (B-body) is a mid-size automobile that was produced by Dodge from 1966 to 1978 and was based on the Chrysler B platform.

The 1969 model year brought few modifications. Exterior changes included a new grille with a center divider and new longitudinal taillights, both designed by Harvey J. Winn. A new trim line called the Special Edition (SE) was added.

Mayor Angelo Aguinaldo is not the first mayor who were lauded for their efforts in raising funds against COVID-19.

Dagupan City Mayor Brian Lim donated his salary for eight months to buy 1,000 units of COVID-19 rapid anti-body test kits (RATKs).

The Mayor of Cainta Kit Nieto meanwhile sold his shoe collection to raise COVID-19 funds for his town despite a generous donor already gave P100,000 cash.

Nieto said he decided to have his sneaker collection be auctioned to add funds since the government’s social welfare development allotted cash aid will only cover 38,000 out of some 370,000 residents of Cainta.
