Immigration Commissioner Siegfred Mison is offering a ‘monetary incentive’ to anyone who can provide information on the whereabouts of Cho Seongdae, a Korean who escaped from the Warden Facility in Bicutan on Tueday morning.
Immigration officials have formed a committee to investigate the incident and identify those responsible for the escape.
“We are exploring every possible option to locate Cho at the soonest possible time, BI spokeswoman Elaine Tan said.
Ms Tan said the BI had also tapped the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) to help in the search.
