The Bureau Of Immigration has ordered an investigation and manhunt for a Korean who escaped from the Warden Facility in Bicutan on Tuesday morning.
BI officials have been ordered to hunt down Cho Seongdae who was discovered missing at 9.30am.

The personnel on duty were ordered to secure custody of Seongdao or submit their explanation on the incident to Commissioner Sigfred Mison.
Seongdae was originally taken into custody on September 11, 2015, for a summary deportation order.
Cho was charged with being an undesirable for being a fugitive in Korea on an extortion case amounting to $23,500.

The Korean also had a pending robbery case in Cavite.
