Parts of Biñan, Laguna were hit by flash floods

According to barangay chair Vanessa Zaballa, it is not uncommon for them to be flooded like this.

Resident Renato Enep of South City Homes said they last experienced severe flooding like this during Typhoon Millennium of 2006.

Now they have also evacuated their dogs and cats.

They are already planning to add a second floor to their house.

Biglang taas lahat.

Tomas,” said Zaballa.
