A motorcycle-riding in tandem gunned down an Army sergeant in Davao City on Thursday morning, the military said.
The killing took place in Toril district, Davao City – Sergeant Allan Madrid sustained a gunshot wound to the ride side of his head, killing him instantly.

A spokesman for the 10th Infantry Division said sergeant Madrid was driving his motorcycle on his way home when the killers, suspected members of an “armed lawless group,” shot Madrid in Barangay Baracatan at 10am.
Madrid was on his way home in Santa Cruz to visit his family when the attack happened.
